Privacy policy

www.hlo-media.com is operated by HloMedia ("we"), a website and software development studio in Tel Aviv, Israel. This policy explains how we handle personal information, in line with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 and its regulations.

What we collect

• What you enter in the contact form: name, phone, email (optional), area of interest and your message.
• How you found us: landing page, referring site and campaign parameters (UTM), so we know which channels work.
• Usage statistics: via Google Analytics 4 and Hotjar, which use cookies. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. IP addresses are anonymized in Google Analytics.
• Approximate location from your IP address (country only), to show visitors outside Israel the English site.

Why we use it

• To get back to you and prepare a quote.
• To improve the site and understand which marketing channels bring inquiries.
• We will not send you marketing email without explicit consent, and we never sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the site, and only as needed: our hosting server, the Resend email service (which notifies us of new inquiries), Google Analytics, Hotjar and ipinfo.io (country lookup by IP). Some providers store data outside Israel.

How long we keep it

Inquiry details are kept for as long as there is a reasonable business need, and no longer than three years from your last contact, unless you become a client and the law requires us to keep records for longer.

Security

The site is encrypted with HTTPS, access to data is limited to our team, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure; if a security incident occurs we will act as the law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and ask us not to contact you again. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
